Who Am I?

I am a 53-year-old male. Who loves to fish, hike and explore with my family. I have a 7-year-old daughter, married and we live in Concord, NC. I am in renal failure due to a genetic disease called polycystic kidney disease.

My Interests:

Hiking, fishing, tinkering in the garage on boats, and trail riding.

My Diagnosis:

Polycystic kidney disease

How A Kidney Transplant Will Affect My Life:

Having a transplant would give me the ability to get back to my desired active life with my family.
